Prague, Czech Republic - great old world feel and lots of great restaurants and pubs off the main squares

Zermatt, Switzerland - Alpine skiing and festive atmosphere

Phi Phi Island, Thailand - two hour boat ride from Phuket, this is pure paradise with turquoise bay and palm trees; laid back

Kyoto, Japan - unspoiled traditional Japanese teahouses and temples (a bit expensive)

Kenya - safari adventure, saw lots of lions, elephants, zebra, etc.  Well developed tourist services

Krakow, Poland - the unspoiled Prague, if you will; visiting Auschwitz was a very haunting experience
